Job Summary
Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
Work with the CEO and employees to provide HR support, maintain records, and support policy and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate new-hire orientation and onboarding.
- Manage offboarding, resignations, and termination processes.
- Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support adherence to HR policies and applicable labor laws.
- Handle employee queries and provide daily HR support.
- Work with managers on employee matters and HR requirements.
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and employment documents.
- Support leave, attendance, insurance, visa, and other HR administration.
- Assist with HR policy and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Good understanding of HR practices and employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, or HR management systems is an advantage.
