J G Hosiery Private Limited is hiring a Human Resources Executive in Bangalore to manage end-to-end recruitment, HRMS administration, attendance, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow ups
- Handle HRMS administration, employee data management, and system updates
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and monthly attendance reconciliation
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports, trackers, and employee records
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and welfare initiatives
- Assist in HR operations, policy communication, and employee query resolution
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning and HR related requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR department
Requirements
- Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related discipline
- 1–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or Generalist HR functions
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of HRMS, Advanced MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail

Job Overview
- Company: J G Hosiery Private Limited, Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore, Exp: 1–4 years, CTC: 3.6 lpa, Working hours: 9:30 to 6:30 (5 days from office, Saturday from home).
Key Responsibilities
