Role Overview
The Flag Company India is a manufacturing business with a factory in Mumbai and offices across India and the UAE.
The company is hiring an HR Manager for legal compliance and administration.
The role manages HR operations, employee relations, statutory compliance, and office and factory administration.
HR and Employee Management
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, performance, confirmations, and exits.
Legal and Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labour laws and employment regulations.
- Maintain statutory HR records and registers and coordinate PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS, and other applicable compliances.
- Coordinate with accountants, consultants, and government authorities for statutory requirements.
- Maintain appointment, resignation, full and final settlement, and employee documentation.
- Assist with labour inspections, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Implement workplace policies, including POSH and employee welfare requirements.
