Role Description

  • The Human Resources Executive role at VCA is a full time, on site position based in Dubai.
  • This role is responsible for overseeing day to day HR operations, including managing employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations, support recruitment and onboarding activities, coordinate performance management processes, and assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • The role also involves providing guidance to managers and team members on HR related matters, supporting training and development initiatives, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with VCA’s culture and values.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience overseeing core HR functions and supporting organizational objectives.
  • Candidates should possess practical expertise in HR Operations and HR Policies, including implementing procedures, maintaining documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Candidates should possess solid Employee Relations capabilities, including handling queries, resolving concerns, and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace.
  • Relevant experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training coordination is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
  • Experience in the events, creative, or cultural sectors in an international environment is a plus.
