Role Description
Oversee and improve HR operations for a growing, remote-first Web3 organization in a full-time remote role.
Manage end-to-end HR processes, develop HR policies, support managers, ensure labor-law compliance, and help build a high-performing, inclusive, and transparent culture.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, support employee-relations issues, and ensure compliance with relevant labor regulations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, support learning and development programs, and maintain accurate HR documentation and HRIS records.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and strengthen organizational culture.
