Our client is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team in Woodbridge, Ontario.

Role Description: The Human Resources Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Vaughan, Woodbridge.
This position supports day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.
The coordinator will help administer benefits programs, respond to employee inquiries, and support employee relations activities such as performance discussions and conflict resolution.
The role also involves coordinating recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, tracking candidates, and preparing HR reports and documentation.
The Human Resources Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams and management to promote a positive, compliant, and well-organized workplace.
Experience: 1–3 years of HR experience
Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 per year

Support new employees through onboarding, orientation, and completion of required documentation.

Assist with employee offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential employee records.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing documents and coordinating meetings.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Coordinate training sessions, prepare materials, and track attendance.
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Assist with employee concerns, conflicts, grievances, and performance-related matters.
Support initiatives that promote a positive workplace and employee engagement.
Verify temporary worker timesheets and support payroll-related activities.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating the temporary workforce.
Support workplace Health & Safety initiatives and safety training.
Coordinate HR events, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
Support Social Committee initiatives and the annual employee engagement calendar.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
1–3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or similar HR role.
Demonstrated experience in Human Resources operations and administration.
Working knowledge of Canadian employment legislation, including the Employment Standards Act and Ontario Human Rights Code.
Knowledge of benefits administration and related compliance requirements.

Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant HR certification is an asset.
