Human Resources Coordinator - Payroll Focus

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized HR Coordinator to join our team.

This role will be responsible for managing payroll functions, supporting HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with employment standards.

The ideal candidate is professional, adaptable, and possesses a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

• Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance with employment regulations, and adherence to internal policies.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including employee deductions, benefits, and tax filings.
• Perform regular payroll audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
• Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth and efficient payroll and HR operations.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with related inquiries.
• Prepare and analyze a variety of HR reports, including headcount, retention, and organizational charts.
• Provide support in a full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits administration, employee relations & communications, training, etc.
• Responsible for employee life cycle management within the HRIS, including staff records, employment contracts, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Respond promptly to employee inquiries, escalating issues when necessary.
• Support business visa application preparation as needed.
• Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
