About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Human Resources Coordinator to support our growing HR team.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations while contributing to a positive and engaging employee experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting people, processes, and workplace culture.
What You’ll Do
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and professional support
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all HR files and information
Conduct periodic audits of HR records to ensure compliance and completeness
Support HR administrative functions, reporting, and data tracking
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments and terminations
Provide support with ADA, FMLA, and Workers’ Compensation processes
Help administer and communicate employee benefit programs (health, retirement, PTO, etc.)
Assist in planning employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs
Support HR projects, meetings, and department initiatives
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
1–2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn HR systems (HRIS) quickly
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
