Role Overview
Human Resources Coordinator position supporting administrative and employee-service activities at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts.
The position is non-management and based at the Palm Jumeirah property in Dubai.
Schedule
- The schedule is full time.
Workplace
- The role is not remote and requires work at the hotel property in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain filing systems, correspondence, mail distribution, and employee personnel files.
- Order and track Human Resources office supplies and forms.
- Assist candidates with application procedures and maintain a clean, accessible application area.
- Respond to employee and management questions about Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Maintain confidential and accurate employee and property records, including interview documents and I-9 forms.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management.
- Use computers and point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work-related information.
- Support professional communication, positive working relationships, team goals, and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
