Adventist Health is seeking an HR Coordinator who is flexible to travel as needed to support business operations.

This role will initially provide onsite coverage in Delano and later transition to Tulare as the primary work location.

Is an entry-level role focused on providing essential administrative support to the Human Resources department.

Assists with onboarding and offboarding processes, maintains accurate HR records, and serves as a point of contact for routine employee inquiries.

The role is primarily operational, ensuring that day-to-day HR activities run smoothly.

• High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required
• Zero-Two years' of HR, administrative, or customer service experience : Preferred

• Provides administrative support to the HR team, including customer support, answering phone, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Assists with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Responds to routine employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Supports HR compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with audits.
• Helps schedule meetings, training sessions, and HR-related events.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
