Role Overview
FlatironDragados Canada is seeking a Human Resources Co-op to join one of its large-scale transportation projects.
The role supports employee administration, onboarding, recruiting coordination, labor relations activities, and HR projects.
Project Location
- The posting states that the co-op will join a project in Surrey, British Columbia.
Human Resources Support
- Provide administrative support with employee records, data entry, and tracking.
- Update HR-related documents and collect, verify, and upload documents from new hires and employees.
- Manage new-hire information and support orientation, onboarding, and related paperwork.
Project and Labor Relations Support
- Support the project team with LinkedIn updates, interview scheduling, slide presentations, and organizational charts.
- Assist Labor Relations with job postings, interview scheduling, and craft onboarding.
- Participate in, oversee, and assist with various projects and other required tasks.
