Human Resources Business Partner

Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical HR experience.

Minimum 5 years' experience in a Human Resources Generalist or HR Business Partner role.

Sound knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations, and HR best practices.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present and facilitate training effectively.

Excellent organisational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to build strong working relationships with leaders, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.

High level of attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Demonstrated commitment to workplace health, safety, and wellbeing.

Current C Class Western Australian Driver's Licence.
