Requirements
- HR Business Partner or Senior Generalist experience in a complex, fast paced environment
- Degree in Business, HR, or related field
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR policy design, and strategic HR delivery
- Influential communicator and relationship builder
- Strong problem solver with analytical and project management skills
- Confident advisor and coach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle)
- Background in supporting organizational change and people transformation initiatives

Role Overview
- Join our HR team as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) reporting to the Director of Human Resources.
- You will deliver strategic guidance, lead impactful initiatives, and drive a high performance culture.
Day to Day Activities
- Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance, and strategic resource planning.
- Drive initiatives that foster a high performance culture and strengthen leadership capability.
- Coach and mentor managers on people leadership.
- Lead key talent initiatives.
- Manage complex HR cases and change initiatives.
- Support and lead cross functional HR projects.
- Partner with leaders to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- HR Business Partner or Senior Generalist experience in a complex environment.
- Degree in Business, HR, or related field; CIPD qualification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policy design, and strategic HR delivery.

Benefits
- Salary between £56,000 and £70,000 depending on experience.
