Role Summary

  • The HR Business Partner at Superleap acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives that enable organizational growth and high performance.
  • The role is responsible for aligning talent, performance, engagement, and workforce strategies with business objectives while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align people strategies with business goals.
  • Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives across assigned functions.
  • Support organizational design and workforce planning decisions as teams scale.
  • Own performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, feedback cycles, and performance improvement plans.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and proactively identify retention risks.
  • Act as first point of contact for employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and manager coaching.
  • Analyze workforce metrics, engagement data, and attrition trends to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and HR Operations teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.
  • Champion company culture, values, and leadership behaviors across teams.
  • Lead change management initiatives and support leaders through organizational transitions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve people processes and implement scalable HR practices.

Ideal Candidate

  • 5–8 years of HRBP experience.
  • Strong expertise in performance management, employee relations, engagement, and talent development.
  • Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence decision making.
  • Data driven, proactive, and solution oriented with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership, strong execution capability, and comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment.
  • Self starter with a collaborative mindset and passion for building high performing teams.
