Role Overview
The HR Business Partner will serve as the primary HR leader for Clearwater Analytics' Mumbai Centre.
The role owns the full HR agenda across business functions and partners with Mumbai leaders as a senior individual contributor.
The position reports to the APAC HR Leader and translates people data into insight-led decisions.
Location HR Leadership
- Own and deliver the Mumbai Centre HR agenda across talent management, employee experience, performance, compliance, and culture.
- Partner with Mumbai business leaders to translate people priorities into pragmatic HR interventions.
- Act as the liaison between Mumbai employees and the global People and Culture function.
- Represent Mumbai people priorities in regional and global HR forums.
