About the role
TP-Link Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner.
The role covers talent acquisition, HR operations, Saudi labor compliance, and the full employee lifecycle.
The position also supports company operations alongside HR responsibilities where appropriate.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
- Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws, GOSI, QIWA, and related regulations.
- Manage employees from hiring through offboarding, including performance management, employee relations, and exit procedures.
- Preferably manage company operations alongside HR responsibilities.
Required qualifications
- Proven talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, GOSI, QIWA, and related legal frameworks.
- Experience managing HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in the IT industry is preferred.
- Ability to handle company operations is preferable.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- HR certifications such as CHRM, CHRP, SHRM, or CIPD are preferred.
