Job Summary
The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
The role focuses on driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement, and performance while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
Hr Business Partnership
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned departments, providing HR advisory support.
- Partner with line managers to address people-related matters and support business objectives.
- Translate HR policies and initiatives into practical solutions aligned with business needs.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Handle employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance concerns in line with company policy and local labor laws.
- Ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary frameworks.
Talent & Performance Support
- Support performance management cycles including goal setting, mid‑year reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in recruitment processes for assigned business units as required.
Employee Engagement & Experience
- Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans.
- Actively contributes to improving employee experience and workplace culture.
- Support onboarding, probation management, and offboarding processes..

- Location: Head office – Jeddah
- Working Days : 5 Days (Sunday – Thursday)
- Days Off: 2 Days off
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 – 8 years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to HR Business Partnering or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
