Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR partner for Hyderabad based tech teams
- Align local HR strategies with global priorities and business objectives
- Provide advisory to managers and leaders on workforce planning, team effectiveness, and organizational development
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and influence decision making through data driven insights
- Drive engagement programs, listening forums, and pulse surveys to strengthen employee experience
- Promote Candescent’s values and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
- Support performance management cycles including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
- Partner with leaders to identify high potential talent and enable career growth
- Facilitate leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
- Oversee onboarding, exits, and documentation for Hyderabad employees
- Collaborate with global HRIS teams to drive adoption of Workday modules
Requirements
- 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in product, SaaS, or technology first environments
- Proven HRBP experience supporting tech or engineering teams
- Exposure to global HR programs and systems; Workday experience is a plus
- Strong business acumen with ability to balance strategic and operational priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Data driven mindset with comfort in HR analytics and dashboards
- Strong communication and problem solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment
