Associa is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders and employees across multiple states. Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent development
Identify skill gaps, performance trends, and opportunities to strengthen team capability
Support employee engagement and retention strategies
Guide leaders through performance and talent review processes
Partner with recruiting and leadership teams to attract, select, develop, and retain strong talent
Support change-management efforts through clear communication, leader preparation, and employee engagement
Analyze workforce information to identify trends related to turnover, engagement, staffing, performance, and other people indicators
Translate HR data into meaningful insights and practical recommendations
Use facts, patterns, and business context to evaluate problems and recommend solutions
Monitor the effectiveness of HR initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
Maintain accurate employee information and documentation within ADP Vantage
Required multi-state HR business partner experience , including experience advising leaders across different state employment requirements
Five or more years of progressive human resources experience, including direct experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable consultative HR role
Strong working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, employment practices, and the employee lifecycle
Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders at multiple levels of an organization
Experience supporting geographically dispersed employees and operational leaders
Strong business acumen and the ability to connect people decisions to operational priorities
Sound judgment and the ability to navigate complex or sensitive situations
Experience using workforce data to identify trends and guide decisions
Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills
Excellent relationship-building, consultation, and communication skills
Ability to balance strategic priorities with the timely resolution of day-to-day HR needs
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Ability to travel to supported locations as business needs require
Experience with ADP Vantage is strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred
