Role Description

  • The Human Resources Assistant is a full time, on site role based in the Riyadh Region.
  • Supports daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and assisting with payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
  • Helps coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding, and training logistics.
  • Provides administrative support for performance management processes and HR compliance tasks.
  • Works closely with HR team members to ensure accurate data entry in HR systems, timely response to employee inquiries, and consistent implementation of policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
  • Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and basic HR data management and reporting skills.
  • Experience or knowledge in Benefits Administration, including coordination of medical insurance, leaves, and related employee services.
  • Ability to assist with Training activities, such as scheduling sessions, preparing materials, and tracking participation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment; Arabic and English proficiency is beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR colleagues and other stakeholders in a fast paced, service oriented setting.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance requirements in the Saudi market is an advantage.
