Role Purpose
We are seeking a responsible, structured, and people-oriented
Hr & Administrative Assistant
to support the daily HR and administrative operations of the company.
This role is not limited to routine administration.
The selected candidate will work closely with Management and the Administration Department to translate company policies, internal culture, and leadership vision into practical HR systems, employee communication, documentation, and people-related coordination.
The position is ideal for someone who is willing to grow progressively from administrative support into a stronger HR coordination role through learning, discipline, confidentiality, and consistent performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities across departments.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, contracts, leave records, attendance summaries, and HR documentation.
- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and maintaining recruitment records.
- Prepare and coordinate onboarding documents, offer letters, joining formalities, induction support, and employee orientation.
- Support exit formalities including documentation, clearance coordination, exit interviews, and record closure.
- Draft, format, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, internal memos, announcements, and official communication as guided by Management.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies, documentation standards, ISO requirements, and applicable labour regulations.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognitions, training records, and internal communication initiatives.
- Handle confidential employee and management information with maturity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Support communication and coordination between Eastern Gate Qatar and its related business entities whenever required.
- Prepare periodic HR and administrative reports for Management review.
- Gradually develop the capability to independently handle assigned HR and administrative functions.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR qualification or Master’s in HR will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in HR, administration, recruitment, or office coordination is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and documentation practices.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Professional, confidential, respectful, and emotionally mature in handling employee matters.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow with the organization.
Reporting
The role will report to the
Admin Manager
and work closely with the
Ceo And Management
on HR, culture, documentation, and organizational development matters.
