Role Description
- The Human Resources Assistant will support day to day HR operations for CPECC’s on site team in Abu Dhabi in a full time capacity.
- Responsibilities include assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining and updating HR records and HRIS data, and supporting benefits administration processes.
- The role will help coordinate training activities, schedule sessions, and track participation and completion.
- The HR Assistant will also respond to routine employee inquiries, prepare HR related documentation and reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Skills in Benefits Administration
- Skills in Training
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, effective written and verbal communication
- Experience in an HR support role, preferably within construction, engineering, or energy sectors
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws are advantageous
