The position is an HR Analyst / HRIS Analyst based in Montreal at 2001 Robert-Bourassa.

The role operates in a hybrid work arrangement.

The analyst leads HRIS initiatives, supports enterprise systems, and ensures reliable employee data and integrations.

Lead HRIS initiatives end to end with HR and non-HR business units.
Bridge HR business processes and technical system capabilities between IT, end users, and project teams.
Participate in requirements analysis, functional design, implementation, and User Acceptance Testing.
Prioritize HRIS projects based on business impact, scalability, and resource availability.
Optimize the HR and HR IT operating model through improved user experience, incident resolution, and automation.
Drive alignment between local and global HR and IT teams as a regional subject matter expert in the Americas.

Provide advanced technical support for HR-developed applications and enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot HRIS data discrepancies and interface failures, implement corrective actions, and escalate critical issues.
Execute the HRIS control framework to support policy and regulatory compliance.
