• Your Profile • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. • CHRP/CRIA designation is considered an asset. • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience. • Good knowledge of employment standards and applicable labour legislation. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills. • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with a variety of stakeholders. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.
