Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support, advise and coach operational and functional managers on all matters relating to the employee life cycle.
• Monitor and oversee the absence management process, ensuring company procedures are followed, offering guidance on long-term sickness issues and flagging trends as and when required.
• Assist in the management of Grievance and Disciplinary Procedures, attending meetings and supporting managers and employees alike.
• Support and cover for the HR Administrator when required with maintenance of the HRIS system and any required paper-based HR documentation including ensuring starters/leavers/changes are captured accurately and in a timely manner to produce the payroll report.
• Utilise the HR system to compile people metrics for the UK including turnover, absence and recruitment.
• Responsible for the onboarding and induction activities specific to Runcorn, providing a welcoming transition into the business for all new starters
