Responsibilities
- Support daily HR activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and updating employee records
- Assist with implementation of HR policies and contribute to employee engagement initiatives
- Help prepare documentation for audits, track compliance, and maintain absence records
- Provide support with employee relations matters as needed
- Respond to general HR queries from employees and escalate when necessary
- Help maintain accurate data in the HR Information System (HRIS)
- Collect and organize HR data to support reporting and analysis
- Assist in preparing regular and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR support, coordinator, or advisory role
- Experience working with HR systems (HRIS) and Excel
- Familiarity with core HR processes and UK employment legislation
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Strong communication skills and a team oriented mindset
- Analytical thinking and comfort working with data

The Role
- TRG Screen is seeking a proactive, detail oriented HR Advisor to join our team in Belfast.
- You’ll be an integral part of our team, partnering closely with our HR Business Partner.
- This role is central to supporting day to day HR operations while contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
- You’ll work across a broad range of responsibilities; from managing and optimizing our HRIS and supporting payroll prep, to analyzing HR data and assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.

- Act as a first point of contact for basic HRIS questions and coordinate issue resolution.

- 1–2 years of experience in an HR support, coordinator, or advisory role.

Salary Range
