Purpose and role summary
Provide regional HR advisory and operational support to employees and line managers across the Middle East.
Support the HR Operations Manager in delivering consistent, timely, and high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle.
The role covers UAE, KSA, Qatar, Iraq, and Egypt and reports to the HR Operations Manager.
Key accountabilities
- Advise employees and line managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Respond to HR queries within established service level agreements and escalate operational risks or concerns as appropriate.
- Support HR reporting, data analysis, information requests, employee movements, and organizational changes.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency, effectiveness, controls, and employee experience.
Compensation and benefits
- Support compensation and benefits administration in line with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with salary reviews, compensation changes, employee benefits, allowances, and reward processes.
- Maintain accurate compensation and benefits records and coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and escalate discrepancies or issues to the HR Operations Manager.
