We are looking for a
Project Administrator
to support HR and administrative operations within our construction projects across Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will manage site-level HR activities, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide full administrative support to project management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all HR operations at the project site, including attendance, leave management, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with the HR department regarding recruitment, mobilization, and demobilization of manpower.
- Maintain project records, reports, and documentation in alignment with company standards.
- Support project managers with administrative tasks, meeting arrangements, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies at the project level.
- Follow up on site logistics, accommodation, transportation, and employee welfare needs.
Requirements
- Saudi
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or project administration, preferably in
- construction projects

- Strong knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative reporting.
- Ability to work on-site and handle multitasking in a fast-paced project environment.
