Location

• The position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle international recruitment from job posting through offer negotiation for technical and engineering roles.
• Oversee visa, work permit, Emirates ID, onboarding, and offboarding processes for compliance.
• Liaise with MOHRE, immigration, DED, and other UAE government authorities.
• Handle public relations matters and provide employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR services.
• Drive office administration, facility management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Support the HR Manager on strategic initiatives for Middle East operations.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of HR and administration experience, including at least 4 years in the UAE.
• Proven full HR lifecycle experience covering recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law, residency procedures, work permits, and Abu Dhabi government processes.
• Hands-on experience with local authorities and online government portals.
• International recruitment experience for technical, engineering, inspection, oil and gas, or EPC roles.
• Experience managing expatriate employees in a multicultural environment.
• Experience in oil and gas, engineering, TIC, or project-driven industries is desirable.
• Ability to own HR matters independently rather than operating only under supervision.
• Business-level written and spoken English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across employees, management, authorities, vendors, and candidates.
