The Human Resources Specialist will support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations as Nakhla grows.
The role works closely with leadership to attract talent, build reliable HR processes, and deliver a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from job descriptions and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
- Recruit technical and business roles with hiring managers, including software engineering, AI, sales, and operations positions.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, leave balances, attendance information, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and employee requests with finance and service providers.
- Support HR compliance and administer Saudi platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad.
- Coordinate onboarding, probation reviews, employee changes, and offboarding.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee guidance.
- Support performance reviews, development, engagement, and workplace issue resolution.
- Track recruitment progress, headcount, turnover, and HR metrics.
- Use HR systems and appropriate AI tools while protecting employee confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, including recruitment and HR operations.
- Experience supporting employees and employment processes in Saudi Arabia.
- Working knowledge of Saudi labor requirements and relevant government platforms.
- Experience recruiting technical roles and assessing candidates with hiring managers.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Sound judgment when handling confidential information and sensitive employee matters.
