This is a full-time Human Resources Officer role in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR functions, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws.
- Maintain employee relations and support organizational development initiatives.
- Create and update job descriptions and handle recruitment processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in human resources roles is preferred.
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies and managing employee relations.
- Proficiency in job description development, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Previous fitness or sports industry experience is a plus.
- Arabic language skills are preferred.
