Job Description
- · Your responsibility KPI will be divided into 70% recruitment and 30% management of recruited employees.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract real estate agents, sales managers, portfolio managers, digital marketing and lead generation professionals, and any staff needed by the business.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through networking, job portals, social media, and industry events.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top brokerage in Dubai.
- Oversee all HR functions including contracts, visas, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, and company policies.
- Manage HR documentation and employee files.
- Coordinate with company appointed PRO for visa processing, renewals, and government-related requirements.
- Develop performance management framework tailored to real estate roles.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Support new agents with onboarding, orientation, and brokerage-specific training.
- Support payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of attendance, commissions, and incentives.
- Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per hour
