Location and Schedule
- Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai.
- The internship duration is six months.
- Working days are Monday through Saturday.
- Working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Stipend
- The stipend is ₹20,000 per month.

The HR Intern will gain hands-on experience across intern hiring, HR operations, employee coordination, and day-to-day people processes.
The role involves working closely with the HR team inside a growing company.
Hiring and Recruitment
- Own hiring for interns across different functions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, colleges, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR calls.
- Coordinate interviews, assignments, candidate follow-ups, offers, joining formalities, and pre-boarding.
- Maintain hiring trackers and build a pipeline of potential intern candidates.
