Role Overview
Royal Guest Real Estate Broker is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join its UAE team.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 6,000 to AED 7,000 per month, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations and employee documentation.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee requests.
- Support payroll and HR administration.
- Handle employee relations and provide HR support.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Assist with performance management and other HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Two or more years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
