This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive/Manager. The Human Resources Executive/Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy development. The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, conducting training and development programs, and maintaining employee records and documentation.
