Role Overview
The organization is seeking an organized and people-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations.
The role focuses on employee onboarding, HRMS administration, time-office management, attendance, and employee engagement.
The position requires 2–3 years of experience and reports to the CFO.
Schedule
- The role is full-time and works Monday through Friday, five days per week.
Employee Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process from offer acceptance to joining.
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation and background verification.
- Conduct joining formalities, induction, and orientation programs.
- Create and maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Coordinate with departments to support a smooth onboarding experience.
- Complete onboarding documentation and HRMS entries on time.
HRMS Support
- Maintain and update employee information in the HRMS.
- Support employee lifecycle, attendance, leave, and employee-record processes.
