Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for finding, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for open positions.
The role manages the end-to-end recruitment process and supports a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and candidate assessment skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and create job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, consultancies, and campus drives.
- Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview data and record interview information in the ATS.
- Maintain the candidate database and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track time to fill, cost per hire, and quality of hire metrics.
- Collaborate on employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during hiring.
