Requirements
- Strong background in Human Resources (HR), including strategic HR planning and operational HR management
- Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies aligned with local regulations and organizational goals
- Proven expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and communications with diverse teams
- Hands on experience with Performance Management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluation frameworks
- Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law in the UAE, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are an advantage
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in a multicultural environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting, managing priorities independently, and using HRIS and digital collaboration tools effectively

Role Description
- The Human Resource Director at Tu Agencia is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility to work from home for a portion of the schedule.
