Role Description
- The Human Resource Director at Beyond Notch will oversee and refine HR strategies, policies, and processes to support the organization’s mission and people first culture. This part time hybrid role is based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home arrangements.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing HR policies
- Managing personnel and employee relations
- Overseeing employee benefits
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding
- Advising leadership on HR matters
- Fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment aligned with the needs of CA students and other professionals in the network
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience designing and executing HR strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies that support organizational goals and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing Employee Benefits programs, with a focus on fairness, transparency, and employee well being.
- Proficiency in Personnel Management, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a mission driven or professional development focused organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting.
- Strong organizational and decision making skills, with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands on HR operations.
- Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
