KisanKraft seeks an Assistant General Manager – Human Resources to lead HR across headquarters, the Nellore factory, and 14 branches.

The role reports to the CFO and has direct reports across HR teams of senior managers, managers, and executives.

The position is full time and requires regular travel to the Nellore factory.

Own compliance with labor codes, employment laws, tax requirements, and central and state regulations.
Manage labor-contractor relationships and verify PF, ESI, wage payment, and licensing compliance.
Liaise with labor authorities and factory inspectors.
Build grievance, standing-order, and disciplinary frameworks and proactively flag compliance risks.

Lead recruitment for headquarters, 14 branches, the Nellore plant, warehouses, shop-floor operators, supervisors, technicians, and contractual labor.
Build factory sourcing channels through ITI and polytechnic partnerships, contractors, and local networks.
Reduce time to fill and rehiring costs while improving retention.
