Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data annotation guidelines for consistency and accuracy across datasets.
- Lead and mentor human annotators while ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements for AI model training and evaluation.
- Monitor annotation workflows for efficiency, scalability, and client-specific standards.
- Contribute to data quality assessment frameworks and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience managing large-scale data annotation projects focused on AI or machine-learning training datasets.
- Proficiency in data validation techniques and quality-control processes for structured and unstructured data.
- Strong leadership skills to guide annotator teams and optimize workflow performance.
- Familiarity with Label Studio, Prodigy, or similar annotation platforms.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into clear annotation instructions.
