Overview

  • Human Capital Operations is the backbone that allows our people to focus on patient care.

The Role

  • Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contract administration, employee letters, transfers, changes and exits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data quality in Human Capital systems.
  • Support attendance, leave, documentation and employee service requests.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal teams on payroll input, benefits, government platforms.
  • Support policy implementation and ensure processes are followed consistently.
  • Help employees and managers navigate Human Capital processes.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Support reporting, dashboards and basic people analytics.
  • Contribute to a service minded Human Capital culture.

Who You Are

  • Structured, detail oriented and service minded.
  • Experience in HR operations, employee services, government relations support, or similar administrative HR role.
  • Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage several tasks and requests.
  • Professional communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is an advantage.
  • High integrity and respect for confidentiality.

Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years Diploma degree, Bachelor is desirable.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in personnel and administration.
  • Speaks and writes in Arabic and English fluently.
  • Professional HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM.
  • Experience in healthcare or multi site organization is an edge.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor law and government relations processes.
