Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage activities of the Ticketing & Travel Affairs, Immigration Services and Employee Relations Services teams
- Coordinate their tasks and monitor performance to ensure effective and appropriate policies are in place
- Liaise with Talent Acquisition & Development and Payroll Section to develop compensation, retirement, and benefits policies
- Monitor immigration policy developments and ensure alignment with company strategy
- Evaluate effectiveness of regional supervision and assist in solving major issues with governmental bodies
- Track efficiency in processing applications to ensure resources are deployed effectively
- Monitor budget and ensure Immigration Services spending is within agreed upon budget
- Ensure required assistance to various HCM departments is available
- Review retirement, health and welfare policies, adjust as needed and issue endorsement for adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations or related field

Job Purpose
- Oversee and manage activities of the Ticketing & Travel Affairs, Immigration Services and Employee Relations Services teams.
- Coordinate their tasks and monitor performance to ensure that effective and appropriate policies are in place and services are provided in an efficient and timely manner.
Policy Development
- Liaise with Talent Acquisition & Development and with Payroll Section to develop compensation policies by job level and position in coordination with the Finance Department.
- Liaise with Talent Acquisition & Development and with Payroll Section to develop retirement policies by job level and position in coordination with the Finance Department.
- Liaise with Talent Acquisition & Development and with Payroll Section to develop policies for additional benefits, such as healthcare and welfare (including education allowance, housing allowance, etc.) by job level and position in coordination with the Finance Department.
Immigration Services
- Monitor immigration policy developments and ensure alignment with SSC company wide strategy and objectives.
- Evaluate effectiveness of regional supervision and assist in solving major issues with governmental bodies when needed.
- Track efficiency in processing applications to ensure resources are deployed effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor budget and ensure Immigration Services spending is within agreed upon budget.
HCM Transactions
- Ensure required assistance to various HCM departments is available.
- Review retirement, health and welfare policies, adjust as needed and issue endorsement for adoption.
