Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily HC operations at Health Shield, acting as the primary on site point of contact for employees and management
- Ensure effective execution of unit level HC activities, including HC operations, employee relations, performance support, employee engagement, and MIS reporting
- Maintain full compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with the central HC team to support the smooth implementation of recruitment, payroll, and training processes
- Contribute to workforce effectiveness through coordination, insight, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 4 years of experience in a healthcare organization
- Arabic Speaker
- Available to join immediately
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are beneficial
