Preferred Qualifications

• HubSpot Solutions Architecture experience is preferred.
• Experience with JavaScript, Python, Node.js, SQL, or similar programming languages is preferred.
• Experience with middleware platforms such as Zapier, Make, Workato, or Tray.io is preferred.
• Experience integrating Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Shopify, or similar business systems is preferred.
• Understanding of RevOps, sales processes, marketing operations, and customer success workflows is preferred.
• Experience in a HubSpot Solutions Partner agency is preferred.
• Several HubSpot certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

HubSpot Architecture and Design

• Design and implement scalable solutions across Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations, and CMS Hubs.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and translate client requirements into solution designs.
• Develop CRM architecture, object relationships, lifecycle frameworks, lead routing, and automation strategies.
• Create technical documentation, process maps, and implementation plans.
• Recommend governance, adoption, security, and scalability best practices.

CRM Configuration and Automation

• Build and optimize workflows, automation processes, lead scoring models, and revenue operations systems.
• Configure custom objects, properties, associations, calculated properties, and advanced reporting structures.
• Design and maintain lifecycle and lead management frameworks.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and system inefficiencies.

Integrations and Data Management

• Lead technical implementation of integrations with third-party applications and business systems.
• Design and support API-based integrations with enterprise and proprietary platforms.
• Manage data migrations, imports, exports, transformations, and database cleanup.
• Ensure data integrity, synchronization accuracy, and governance compliance.

Custom Development and Optimization

• Develop and maintain custom code using HubSpot APIs, custom-coded workflow actions, webhooks, and middleware platforms.
• Support HubSpot CMS development, custom modules, templates, and website functionality.
• Conduct solution reviews and technical audits, identify improvements, and monitor implementation success.
• Stay current with HubSpot updates, emerging technologies, and RevOps best practices.
