About the Role
The company is seeking a HubSpot Implementation Specialist for its HubSpot Services and Implementation department.
The role manages end-to-end CRM setups, complex integrations, onboarding, and enterprise-level deployments.
The position is based on-site in Lucknow and is full time, with Monday to Friday working days.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HubSpot CRM implementation across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs.
- Conduct discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and solution planning.
- Set up workflows, pipelines, automations, custom objects, and data models.
- Manage API integrations, third-party connections, and custom-coded workflows.
- Build dashboards, advanced reports, and automation frameworks.
- Train administrators and end users.
- Provide optimization and best-practice guidance.
- Coordinate with developers on technical builds and custom solutions.
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage enterprise client and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills and Competencies
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
