- Manage and maintain the Hubspot CRM platform ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Customize and optimize CRM workflows, properties, and reports to meet business needs
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM functionalities with organizational goals
- Implement automation and lead nurturing campaigns within Hubspot to increase customer engagement
- Train and support team members on CRM best practices and new feature adoption

Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Hubspot CRM Specialist or similar role

- Coding skills: UI/UX, Figma, React Js, Next Js, React Native etc
- Strong understanding of Hubspot CRM features, tools, and integrations
- Excellent technical skills with the ability to customize and troubleshoot the platform
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM data and metrics
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
