Responsibilities
- Deliver HSE training sessions, toolbox talks, inductions, and awareness programs
- Conduct both classroom and practical safety training assessments
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and workplace safety inspections
- Apply knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and procedures
- Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations for corrective actions
- Support emergency response drills and safety campaigns
Requirements
- 3 5 years of UAE experience in Health & Safety Training or HSE field
- Strong knowledge of occupational health & safety practices and regulations
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and workplace safety inspections
- Experience in conducting practical and theoretical safety trainings
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle training coordination and documentation
- Available to join immediately
- NEBOSH IGC / NEBOSH Diploma
- Train the Trainer Certification
- Preferred: Approved DCAS & Highfield as First Aid Instructor

Job Overview
- We are URGENTLY seeking an experienced HSE Trainer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate should have strong understanding and experience in occupational health and safety, delivering practical and theoretical training programs, conducting site safety inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture within the organization.
- The candidate must possess excellent communication and presentation skills and be capable of conducting engaging HSE trainings for various industries including construction, industrial, and engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities
