Role Description
- This is a full time, on site HSE Trainer role based in Dubai.
- The HSE Trainer will design, prepare, and deliver HSE training programs aligned with international standards and client requirements.
- Responsibilities include conducting classroom and practical sessions, developing materials, assessing needs, and evaluating performance.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Health & Safety concepts with practical experience in industrial or high risk environments.
- Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH (IGC or equivalent).
- Demonstrated training and safety training skills, including curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience in risk assessments, incident investigations, toolbox talks, and safety briefings is an advantage.
- Ability to tailor training to multiple sectors and workforce levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
