About the Role
Maxit Advertising LLC is seeking an HSE Trainer to plan and conduct safety training courses, coordinate firefighting and first aid lectures, carry out risk assessments, and deliver HSE awareness sessions.

Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct induction and refresher safety training courses for all Company personnel, contractors and Visitors
- Coordinate firefighting, heat stress and first aid lectures courses with Company
- Carry out HSE training needs and accident analysis covering all Divisions/Departments
- Conduct Incident/Accident Investigation and produce reports
- Carry out risk assessments and produce reports
- Conduct Safety Audits/Advanced Safety Audit exercises and produce reports
- Carry out training courses on the use and care of breathing apparatus and resuscitation equipment
- Carry out training in the use of airline breathing apparatus and life support systems
- Coordinate with LR section Abu Dhabi to arrange for external courses in Safety and Industrial hygiene
- Administer and control the documentation for training programs and maintains all training records
- Deliver Tool box talks, PPE Course and other HSE courses as required
- Coordinate various e learning programs related to HSE
Requirements
- Secondary School or equivalent
- Completion of an approved programme of training by Professional Institution/ HSE Training Body
- Six years experience of the Oil and Gas Industry in the Safety and Occupational health area
- Very good standard of written and spoken English Language
- Must be computer literate
- Good interpersonal skills
